Travel Question. My buddy and I have 8 Days to go on a trip. Ireland, Spain, Moscow, Chile, or Jamaica?

We will be leaving December 6, 2008 and returning January 3, 2009. We are not looking for resort type trip. We plan on camping/hostels/staying with locals and really getting a feel for the culture. We are outdoorsy, surfers, bikers, hikers, snowboarders, photographers, drinkers, & 420 friendly (but don't want that last one to be too prevalent, which is why were not sure about jamaica). Travel experiences to these destinations would be awesome, along with tips for going to them and things to make sure to do, as well as reasons to not go to one or another. By the way, I know it isn't a long time to take an over sea trip, but we gotta do what we gotta do. We are both 24 year old single males, so girls are factored into where we go as well. We'll be flying out of California.
