Do we need to replace the carpet?

We are taking the carpet out of our house and putting in tile to make the dogs cooler. You might also consider laminate flooring. I think Home Depot is having a sale on installed flooring right now. If she pees on the concrete, it will smell also and you will need something like acid to get that smell out too. It would seem easier to train your moms dog for her. Good luck.
