Where and how could i dress like blair waldorf?

I love her look and i wanna kno wat stores i could get the stuff and what stuff i should buy thanks(: and if you could can you tell me what i could do with my hair to make it look lik hers without using heating tools. I am a brunette with curly wavy hair but not as shiny or soft lookinh like hers and it tends to get tangled thanks(:
