Is Buraq Obama's life in danger for converting from Islam to Christianity?

I read about an Islamic law which declares "murtaads" (apostates of Islam) must be executed. There is no disputing that. It is a fact which can not be denied by anyone who is truthful. Since Obama was born to a Muslim father, and raised by another Muslim (Obama's step-father, Lolo Soetoro) ... would that mean Obama should have a fatwa calling for his ination?
