Looking for S.F. Bay wedding venue (waterfront, river or lakeside preferable)?

How about at a pier? It's right by the water and is truly what SF stands for! It might be cold though. I also love Golden Gate park. They have a garden, I forget what it's called but it has BEAUTIFUL flowers and it would be great for a wedding location or for wedding pictures scenery. Good luck and Congrats!
