Kicking at my waistband, pregnancy?

Has anyone else had their baby kick at their waist band during pregnancy? all 3 of my kids have done this and I was wondering if it was unusual, the clothes are not tight, they are stretchy maternity, but if anything at all touches my belly, including hubby) baby goes nuts!??
