Should i go to um dartmouth?

Im going to visit when it gets closer to the time to apply (im going into junior year in a few months)and I want to go for spanish and go to law school after college. I know I could do better (from nys so im out of state, 30 act, 2 aps, 10 extracurriculars, 3.5ish gpa) but im in love with cape cod and the area. Is it a good college worth going to if im out of state, and will law schools frown upon me going there if I still do really well on my lsat? THANKS!
