Late period due to uti or pregnancy?

I'm 4 days late with a negative PT result 2 days ago. I've been extremely hungry, are very tender, a few headaches & I've had mild cramping. I had a mild uti about 10 days ago in which I treated with antibiotics & azo standard? Is the uti throwing it off or am I pregnant??
