Where can i cash my cashiers check?

I just received a cashiers check for the sum of 4,800 dollars, and I want to cash it but here's the kicker, I would like to have it in the next week, but I have only a student ID, an EBT benefits card, and My SS Card. I do not have a bank account, or my birth certificate due to outside reasons, I am 18 so I'm no longer a minor. Anything you can provide will help.
