What should I do about gym shower phobia?

I am afraid to use the showers at my school and community centre not because of the size of my but when I was a baby I had a catheter inserted while I was being incubated and in surgery (I was born premature without part of my esophagus) however the catheter did change the look of the tip of my . I am also circised but I don't want to start an argument about that. I don't want to be made fun of for my and I also don't want to be seen as an unhygienic person either. What should I do?
