What is wrong with my hamster??

mmkay so i have a hamster that looks like it has wet tail or something...it is like not eating or drinking though..i even put the dandilion things in with it and it will not eat..it will walk around like stumbling almost..i put it all alone in a different cage because the other ones would pick on it and i felt bad but i dont know what to do i put a warm wet wash cloth and let it walk around on that for a little bit thinking maybe that would sort of clean off its rear but it never worked..its eyes also look a little bit matted shut..it can still see out of at least one of them but they arent completely open..do you think it will probobly die?? i think it might and i dont want to go buy anything because not to be mean i just have alot of hamsters already and i dont really mind if it dies..i cant afford to buy stuff or bring it to the vet..it is a hamster...thanks for any help you can offer..like if i can feed it something or whatever..
