What do i do to prevent myself from seeing her?

After i saw the movie The Ring, Samara Morgan the little girl, pops into my head everyone once and a while. I dont cause this..i just SEE her, i see her everywhere i look and when i see a circle i think of the ring...its gotten out of hand. People trick me and send me chain letters of her, it freaks me out..i cant take it..its so bad my parents had to get into this situation. One day, i looked at the pics on my ipod, there was a picture of her there, so i freaked out and deleted it, then...it came back soon. i made my friend delete it, and then,, it came BACK.My friend didnt put the picture there either. I saw here delete it, then she gave it straight back to her. Anyway...how can i get myself to get her out of my life? I need help. Thanks.
