SafetyEnterprises, is it legit?

i went to a href="http://www.bbb.org/us/Find-Business-Reviews/" rel="nofollow"http://www.bbb.org/us/Find-Business-Revi…/a and typed in safety enterprises and there are six (one with multiple addresses ). none of the are aaccredited by the BBB.
