Looking for a peice of hose next to pcv valve,on a 1998 dodge dekota,what is this peice of hose ?

I ahve a 1998 dodge dekota and, a small link of hose comming from the block,next to the pcv valve,and it has a bolt in it. I can't find out where it goes. can you help me on this?
