Lawyer misrepresented himself?

Ok I am involved in a case and today I got a letter from someone “helping” the defendant when I did a Google search I saw that it is from a large law firm and from an attorney. In the letter the attorney never states he is an attorney, does not use a letterhead and demands doents from me. I kind of think that this is unethical no to tell me that he is a lawyer, it is actually deceptive to the fact that this is a lawyer since they hand wrote out the envelope. Is this enough to put in a bar complaint?
