that is not a good diet, for a good diet cut out refined sugar (soda, candy, trix yogurt etc.), eat breakfast, preferably eggs, lunch, a chicken salad and gs/strawberries/banana, and a normal dinner, trying to stay around 1500-1800 calories a day depending on your age (teenagers need to eat more). no snacks is the most important thing. starving yourself is not the way to lose weight
