Could it be my account for Cabal Online got deleted?

Like by the devs because i'm almost certain it did'nt get hacked because i had a realy good pword because now i go to try and get my pword i put my username and e-mail and it says incorrect or something so whats going on, and it says my account doesnt even exist anymore when i try to get my username. so whats going on if it got deleted it there a way to get it back cause i had a level 118 or so blader and ahh man i played over a year on him i HAVE to get him back i loved him.
