Adult male recircision?

Hi, i 33 male circised during childhood. Now complaining of recurrent inflammation of penile head. I went to alot of doctors (urologists & surgeons) without improvement with local and systemic treatment they described. Family doctor want to recircise me (she said that foreskin still cover most of my glans which cause the inflammation with sweating 7 the problem will continue even with thorough several times daily cleaning). i want your help to know from expert doctors, nurses, or people recircised during adult about the procedure, postoperative care, how long recovery etc.
