Yes the PCM controls a/c clutch operation on this vehicle by sending a/c request to the PCM by the driver selector switch then the PCM commands the the a/c clutch by sending a ground signal to the control side of the a/c clutch relay (located in the battery junction box) this relay is protected by 2 fuses: f1-17 is a 10amp fuse located in the battery junction box, the second is:f2-23 located in the central junction block! (Note: check for pushed out connector pins on the underside of the junction blocks this is a fairly common problem) hope this helps.
